SF Group establishes roots in Singapore
May 4, 2026 at 10:40 AMOn April 21, 2025, the Quality Awards Italy 2025 ceremony took place as part of the annual Convegno Osservatorio Cargo at Volandia. The event, organized by ANAMA – Associazione Nazionale Agenti Merci Aeree, which is part of Fedespedi, was supported this year by SEA – Milan Airports. The awards recognize airlines, GSAs (General Sales Agents), and handlers that have distinguished themselves over the past year through the quality of their services.
Industry recognition
Alessandro Albertini, President of ANAMA, emphasized the significance of the awards: “The Quality Awards Italy are a moment of recognition for the quality, professionalism, and resilience that Italian air freight provides even in a complex global environment. This edition holds special value for me as it marks the last year of my term at the helm of ANAMA.” Albertini highlighted that the strong participation from the industry confirms the value of a coherent community that is aware of its strategic role. In an unstable international context, air freight has demonstrated its reliability and central importance for the country’s competitiveness. The support from SEA – Aeroporti di Milano shows a shared vision for the future of the sector. ANAMA will continue to be an authoritative point of reference for companies and institutions.
Another important part of the event was the contribution of the Fondazione Maria Letizia Verga, which is dedicated to improving the quality of life for children and adolescents with hematological and oncological diseases. Mariapaola Verga, Vice President of the foundation, reported on the organization’s mission, which has been supported by charity lotteries and donations from ANAMA since 2007.

– Best Customer Service GSA: ECS Group, Airlogistics, World Air
– Best Handling Agent in Airport: Alha, Beta Trans, BCUBE
– Best Handling Agent off Airport: Alha, Freschi & Schiavoni, Beta Trans
The Lifetime Achievement Award, established in 2021 in honor of Marina Marzani, the late former President of ANAMA, was awarded to Leonardo Baldi, Managing Director of JAS.
