World Star Aviation (WSA), a provider of aircraft and aircraft engine leasing services, announces two significant changes in its internal legal team aimed at strengthening legal competencies in the aviation sector. Jennie Benn-Oulatta, who has been part of the WSA team for nearly three years, has been promoted to General Counsel. In this role, she will lead and further develop the company’s legal affairs.
Additionally, Guy Espitalier-Noel joins the team as Vice President Legal. He brings extensive experience from private legal practice as well as from in-house legal departments of airlines. These two personnel decisions are intended to enhance WSA’s legal capabilities and increase efficiency within the legal department.
Marc S. Iarchy, partner at WSA, commented on the changes:
