Mar 3, 2026 at 9:59 AMJoseph Joseph, a British brand known for its design in kitchen and household organization, has expanded its partnership with XPO Logistics. XPO Logistics, a provider of comprehensive and sustainable logistics solutions in Europe, will now take over the global logistics of Joseph Joseph from China to Rugby, Warwickshire, in the United Kingdom.
The collaboration between Joseph Joseph and XPO Logistics has been in place for six months. During this time, XPO Logistics has supported Joseph Joseph’s logistics strategy to expand international and UK business activities in direct sales, business customers, retail, and e-commerce. With the contract extension, XPO Logistics will now manage orders, supplier profiles, and logistics for transporting goods from China to Great Britain and the final delivery to the e-fulfillment center in Rugby. This will manage the entire supply chain from source to delivery to the end customer.
XPO Logistics‘ proprietary technology provides Joseph Joseph with comprehensive visibility of the entire supply chain, from order creation to delivery to the end customer. A portal connects all key milestones in real-time, including orders, shipments, container movements, customs clearances, arrivals, and final distribution.
By utilizing AI-driven automation, the customs clearance process is expedited by validating data, flagging discrepancies, and optimizing documentation before reaching the border. This leads to reduced delays, improved accuracy, and faster, more predictable customs processing.
Sacha Vaughan, Chief Supply Chain Officer of Joseph Joseph, expressed positive sentiments about the progress of the partnership: “We are very pleased with the progress we have made with XPO Logistics over the past six months. Therefore, expanding the partnership to cover our global logistics needs was a natural decision. The dedicated account management team we work with consists of experts in their field, whether in global logistics or integrating their technology with our own.”
Christophe Verot, Senior Vice President for Forwarding in Europe at XPO Logistics, emphasized the importance of the expanded partnership: “We are excited to expand our existing partnership with Joseph Joseph in the area of global logistics, where we have extensive experience. Our portal not only offers real-time tracking but also ensures that every logistical aspect is always under control. We can guarantee this thanks to our expertise in all areas of logistics. Our shared vision for exceptional customer service is built on solid foundations.”
