LODD launches certification program for Hili in the UAE
Jul 14, 2026 at 8:44 AMThe contract logistics provider ID Logistics Germany has entered into a partnership with the Swedish Ellos Group to take over returns logistics for the Central European market. This collaboration includes returns from the fashion sector as well as smaller home furnishings sold through various distribution channels, including the company’s own fashion retailer Ellos and the brand Jotex. The central consolidation of these returns is to take place at ID Logistics‘ logistics center in Mittelweserpark near Hanover.
The Ellos Group, based in Borås, Sweden, is a provider in the Nordic online retail market for fashion, home textiles, and furniture. The company utilizes its online platform to expand into selected European markets such as Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, and Poland. A key concern of the Ellos Group, according to ID Logistics, is returns management, which is to be continuously optimized to simplify processes along the entire value chain.
Optimization of returns processes
At ID Logistics‘ logistics center, returned fashion products are unfolded, inspected, and cleaned if necessary before being resold. The necessary shipment information is received by ID Logistics directly from the warehouse management system of the Ellos Group. This partnership enables ID Logistics Germany, according to its own statements, to strengthen its position in the growing e-commerce segment, particularly in handling returns processes.
