The European Institute for Pharma Logistics Services GmbH (EIPL) has been successfully re-certified according to ISO 9001:2015 through an external audit by TÜV Süd. This important milestone underscores the company’s consistent focus on quality, continuous improvement, process optimization, and customer satisfaction.
(St. Leon-Rot) As part of the certification process, all areas of the company, from management to daily operational processes, were thoroughly examined by independent auditors. The audit posed a challenge for both sides – not only due to the high quality standards set by the company itself but also because of the uniqueness of its service portfolio.
As a specialist in GDP compliance, audits, qualifications, and digital quality management solutions, EIPL operates in a highly regulated yet dynamic environment. The processes and services are specifically tailored to the pharmaceutical logistics industry and represent a novelty in this form. This innovative approach required particularly intensive engagement with the requirements of ISO 9001 from the auditors of TÜV SÜD.
“The certification was not a walk in the park – our service area is unique, which also posed a demanding task for TÜV SÜD. We are therefore even more pleased that we have now officially received confirmation that our quality management and services meet the highest international standards,” said Christian Specht, Managing Director of EIPL.
With the ISO 9001 certification, EIPL emphasizes its continuous commitment to the highest quality standards and once again demonstrates that it not only advises but also exemplifies what efficient, practical, and audit-proof quality assurance means.
