He is responsible for personnel development and controlling, talent management and succession planning, employee retention, personnel marketing, and labor law at the international contract logistics provider.
(Griesheim) Christopher Schwarz is a member of the Board of Directors and reports directly to Robin Otto, CEO of ID Logistics Germany. ID Logistics operates over 360 locations with a total of 28,000 employees in 17 countries across Europe, North and South America, Asia, and Africa, including up to 3,600 at various locations in Germany.
Christopher Schwarz has been in senior roles in human resources and the logistics industry for around 25 years, including long tenures at TNT and Dachser. In his new position at ID Logistics, he brings extensive experience as a leader in HR and his broad expertise in all facets of personnel work. Christopher Schwarz earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) with a focus on Human Resources from the Berlin School of Economics and the Anglia Polytechnic University Cambridge.
