Jun 25, 2026 at 6:43 AMOriental Sky Aviation has joined the CargoBooking platform of Awery Aviation Software, becoming the first Chinese General Sales and Service Agent (GSSA) on this digital booking platform. The partnership was announced on June 24, 2026, during Air Cargo Shanghai and represents another step in the already existing collaboration between the two companies. Since 2022, Oriental Sky has been using Awery’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for its GSSA and charter services.
Through the integration into the CargoBooking platform, Oriental Sky’s capacity and services for freight forwarders will be accessible via a single digital interface. This enables faster processing of quotes, bookings, and shipment management. Vitaly Smilianets (l.), founder and CEO of Awery, commented on the partnership:
“We look forward to expanding our relationship with Oriental Sky by bringing their capabilities onto CargoBooking. China is one of the most digitally advanced air freight markets in the world, and Oriental Sky’s decision to join the platform reflects the strength and competitiveness of the technology we continue to develop for the industry.”
Oriental Sky offers a variety of services, including freight representation, comprehensive freight management, charter operations, and interline services in 21 countries. Rush Wang, founder and president of Oriental Sky, emphasized the importance of digitalization for the company:
“Digitalization remains a key priority across all areas of our business as we continue to enhance services for our airline partners and customers.”
