In the category of best operational quality, Bonafide Logistic AG from Switzerland was honored. Express One Hungary secured the award for best customer service for the fifth consecutive time. In the sales category, trans-o-flex from Germany was declared the winner. Jens Reibold, Managing Director of EURODIS GmbH, emphasized the importance of these competitions for the continuous improvement of processes and learning best practices among partners.
Competition for Operational Excellence
EURODIS’s quality competition evaluates the operational excellence of partner companies based on criteria such as transit times, data transmission, status information, and proof of delivery. These operational data are collected and analyzed daily to manage and continuously optimize processes. Reibold stated that the high quality level of services is attributed to this continuous measurement and improvement.
Sales Competition Promotes Best Practices
As part of the sales competition, EURODIS members present innovative and successful sales concepts as well as success stories. Reibold explained that the idea of best practice learning is at the forefront. Customer Service in Focus
The award for best customer service is based on the speed and quality of handling customer inquiries. A ticketing system is used to measure how quickly a request is processed by a partner. The selection of the winner occurs in two stages: in addition to the quantitative assessment by the ticketing system, customer service teams also vote on the winner to consider further aspects of collaboration. Reibold pointed out that each customer service team is informed about the ranking of the ticketing system, contributing to a transparent and fair evaluation.
