Chapman Freeborn OBC expands its portfolio for time-critical logistics solutions with the introduction of the new service Next Flight Out (NFO). This premium service complements the existing on-board courier offerings and provides customers with greater flexibility for urgent international shipments. NFO positions itself between hand-carry and full charter solutions and aims to meet the demands for speed, reliability, and operational flexibility while also considering the size of shipments, costs, and specific logistical needs.
The new service will be part of Chapman Freeborn OBC’s Critical Freight Solutions (CFS) product line and leverages the company’s global network of airlines as well as its 24/7 operational capabilities. NFO is intended to broaden the range of solutions that Chapman Freeborn OBC can offer its customers worldwide.
Features of the new service
NFO offers a quick quote within 15 minutes and guarantees departures no later than 24 hours after pickup. Flights are available around the clock and provide proactive shipment tracking as well as flexible solutions for shipments of varying sizes. Additionally, Chapman Freeborn OBC will offer its customers comprehensive support covering the entire transportation process, including first and last mile, customs clearance, security checks, and palletization.
The service is managed exclusively by Chapman Freeborn OBC to ensure service quality and operational control. This is intended to strengthen the company’s global presence in the field of time-critical logistics and enable new revenue streams through potential hybrid solutions in the future.
