Apr 20, 2026 at 4:17 PMTrade Window Holdings Limited (TWL) has announced that CEO AJ Smith will step down from his position due to health reasons on April 18, 2026. Smith has served as the company’s first CEO since its founding in 2018 and has helped develop the company from a startup to a publicly listed entity.
Trade Window Chairman Alasdair MacLeod praised Smith’s achievements and expressed gratitude for his commitment over the past seven years. He wishes Smith a swift recovery. With immediate effect, Dewald van Rensburg, the Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of acting CEO. The Trade Window board will review options for filling the CEO position in the coming period.
Trade Window was founded in December 2018 and is a New Zealand software company that provides digital solutions for exporters, importers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, aiming to enhance productivity, improve connectivity, and increase transparency in the supply chain.
