(Plattling/Ludwigsburg) Even in normal times, sales through multiple channels is a challenge. Under the pressure of the lockdown, many retailers started with isolated solutions in omnichannel. The combined software and logistics offering from the cooperation partners connects almost every shop and cash register system via cloud directly with warehousing and shipping, including returns, through over eight standardized interfaces.
Consolidation of Information
The Roqqio cloud solution consolidates all information from order management to payment as a central system. Finecom accesses this directly with its warehouse system for storage and shipping, including returns processing. All parties involved, including customers, have quick and easy access to relevant information at every stage of the process. The partnership arose from collaboration for a client in the leisure sector with around 140,000 items in omnichannel sales. The solution is suitable for small shop operators as well as large retailers. Finecom and Roqqio are expanding their partnership in the fashion & lifestyle sector. “Customers expect omnichannel. They try on in-store and have items delivered later, or they buy online and return goods in-store. Many retailers do not realize how easily they can connect their cash register or shop systems to logistics through suitable interfaces.
