He brings extensive experience from his previous role at the Israeli shipping company ZIM, where he held senior positions within the global logistics and operations organization. There, he was responsible for one of the largest container fleets in the world and led complex, large-scale operational processes in international container logistics networks. His expertise in global logistics and supply chain transformation is recognized in the shipping industry. He will now apply this experience to the strategic development of Hoopo, particularly during a critical phase of the company’s global expansion.
Throughout his career, Lehmann has also been actively involved in initiatives for the digitization of containers and the optimization of operational processes, which included Hoopo. These experiences provide him with a solid perspective on the increasing importance of real-time transparency technologies in global shipping. His transition from one of the leading global providers to Hoopo underscores the growing connection between operational expertise and technological innovation in container logistics.
Lehmann’s appointment reflects Hoopo’s ongoing investments in providing fleet intelligence solutions that promote digital transformation and real operational impact for shipping companies worldwide. Lehmann’s extensive experience on the shipper side will enhance Hoopo’s ability to develop and deliver solutions that meet the daily operational needs of global shipping companies.
In his new role, Lehmann will lead Hoopo’s operations organization and drive the next phase of operational performance, scalability, and customer delivery. He will also participate in product, customer service, and commercial initiatives focused on the growing value of visibility and automation in global shipping.
