The KION Group AG will elect three new members to the Supervisory Board at its Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2026. The current members Dr. Alexander Dibelius, Kui Jiang, and Dr. Shaojun Sun have announced that they will not stand for re-election. This necessitates a new election to ensure shareholder representation on the Supervisory Board, as the company states.
Successors with international experience
For the succession of the departing members, Dr. Ralf Krieger, Wang Decheng, and Jin Zhao have been nominated. These candidates bring international experience:
- Dr. Ralf Krieger, born in 1964, is working as an independent management consultant. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and was part of the management board of Freudenberg SE, a technology group with an international clientele, from 2011 to 2024.
- Wang Decheng, born in 1978, has been the Deputy Chairman of Weichai Holding Group since July 2023. In October 2023, he additionally took on the role of CEO of Weichai Power.
- Jin Zhao, born in 1985, has been the Deputy General Manager of Weichai Holding Group since 2025 and also leads the Weichai European Operations Center in Luxembourg.
