After 25 years of successful engagement, Matthias Hohmann is leaving the company at his own request to pursue new challenges. Before his appointment as managing director in 1997, Hohmann was active with a partner and as a member of the advisory board at Night Star Express, having already closely accompanied the company during its founding phase.

He has extensive and diverse experience in the German logistics industry.
He has significantly shaped the development of the lnnight delivery over the past 30 years and has earned great merits for Night Star Express. Matthias Hohmann will accompany the business transition until his official departure from the company.
Future Viability of the Business Model
Arnold Schroven, chairman of the advisory board of Night Star Express, particularly emphasizes the future viability of the business model co-created by Matthias Hohmann: “The Corona pandemic has provided a brilliant confirmation of the viability of the Night Star Express model. Decision Not Made Lightly
The departing managing director justifies his step as follows: “After a quarter of a century in an exciting market, after the learning and successful years at a young company, and after many years of jointly developing an innovative business model, it is time for me to take on a new challenge. The decision to leave the company was not made lightly, and I will always remain connected to the employees at Night Star Express.”
