In this role, he will lead the company’s logistical development in France, supporting owners, investors, industrial companies, retailers, and logistics service providers in their real estate strategies. Moreau will also promote collaboration with other departments within the company, such as Capital Markets, ESG, Asset Services, and Project Management, to provide clients with an integrated approach to the entire real estate value chain.
Moreau’s appointment is part of Cushman & Wakefield’s growth strategy in the logistics and industrial sector. The company operates internationally in over 60 countries and has a specialized team for the French market. This move underscores the company’s commitment to providing increased support to both users and owners in a changing logistics market.
Moreau brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and has gained extensive knowledge of the logistics and industrial markets both in France and internationally. Throughout his career, he has led numerous transactions in leasing and capital markets, assisting major European industrial and logistics companies with their real estate strategies.
Olivier Taupin, International Partner and Head of Leasing Agency – Office & Industrial France, commented on Moreau’s promotion: „Florian’s appointment is a natural continuation of his career path and the work he has done since joining Cushman & Wakefield. His experience in the logistics markets and his ability to develop tailored solutions for our clients‘ challenges are key factors in advancing our logistics and industrial activities.“ Taupin also referenced Moreau’s recent success in supporting the company Groupe ALAINÉ, which leased a logistics platform of 32,000 m² in Honfleur.
Moreau himself emphasizes the significance of his new role:
“This responsibility allows me to further enhance the momentum I have built in logistics since joining Cushman & Wakefield. The market is undergoing profound changes driven by challenges in the supply chain, operational efficiency, and ecological transformation. Our goal is to accompany our clients through these changes by providing them with precise market analyses, tailored solutions, and access to the extensive expertise of Cushman & Wakefield.”
Moreau holds a degree from ISEG (Institut Supérieur Européen de Gestion) in Marketing and Business Engineering. He began his career at JLL before spending over 15 years at Atisreal/BNP Paribas Real Estate in management and development positions in logistics. In 2022, he moved to Savills France as Director of Industrial and Logistics and a member of the Executive Committee, before joining Cushman & Wakefield in September 2025 as Partner and Director for Logistics in Northern France.
