May 13, 2026 at 8:49 AMCCM has appointed Tara Pellicori as Senior Vice President & General Counsel. With this appointment, the company strengthens its leadership team during a critical phase for the intermodal and transportation sectors. Pellicori will work closely with CCM’s management to oversee all legal, regulatory, and compliance-related matters. Her goal is to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency within the intermodal ecosystem.
In her new role, Pellicori will collaborate with internal stakeholders and industry partners to navigate a changing regulatory environment. This includes improving contract and operational processes as well as proactively managing corporate risks. Another focus of her work will be on strengthening CCM’s legal and compliance infrastructure to enable strategic and sustainable growth.
CEO Paul Nazzaro expressed positive sentiments about the new appointment: „Tara is an outstanding addition to CCM at a pivotal moment for our company and our industry. Her extensive experience in transportation, logistics, and complex corporate matters, combined with her hands-on approach, makes her particularly well-suited to lead CCM during this growth phase.“
Pellicori previously served as Director and Associate General Counsel at Subaru of America, Inc., where she advised on complex legal, regulatory, and business matters. Her responsibilities included topics such as dealer franchises, distribution and logistics, as well as joint ventures and contract law. Additionally, she was involved in Subaru’s Love Promise initiatives and supported the company’s transition to electrification in the automotive sector.
Before her time at Subaru, Pellicori was Of Counsel in the Corporate Practice Group at DLA Piper. There, she advised national and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and regulatory compliance. Her experiences include supporting a European bus manufacturer in its expansion into North America and advising on strategic growth initiatives in the intermodal and chassis repair sectors.
