Goodyear and the TIP Group have announced the continuation of their partnership for another five years, marking a 20-year collaboration between the two companies. The TIP Group, which operates in Europe as a provider of equipment solutions, and Goodyear, a manufacturer of high-performance tires, have worked together for over two decades to support fleet operations. Goodyear supplies tires for commercial vehicles that are tailored to the operational needs and changing expectations of customers, as reported by the TIP Group.
Sustainability in Focus
In recent years, according to the TIP Group, the topic of sustainability has gained importance in their collaboration, especially in light of changing market conditions and regulatory requirements. The introduction of the latest generation of commercial vehicle tires, including the „KMAX GEN-3 series,“ enables the company to offer its customers tires made from at least 40% sustainable materials. These tires are characterized by consistent durability and provide a rolling resistance class B, which is intended to lead to lower fuel consumption.
