Nov 20, 2025 at 1:23 PMLogistics Reply, the Reply Group company specializing in innovative supply chain solutions, intensifies its collaboration with the global sports manufacturer PUMA. The goal is to further optimize daily logistics processes and enhance user experience through the integration of GaliLEA – an AI-powered assistant based on the LEA Reply™ platform.
(Munich/Herzogenaurach) Following the successful rollout of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) LEA Reply™ in four central distribution centers in Austria, South Africa, and India between 2022 and 2024, PUMA has established a stable operational foundation in the EMEA and APAC regions. The system streamlines warehouse processes, ensures scalable logistics execution, and provides real-time transparency.
With GaliLEA, PUMA is taking a step further: The AI assistant supports decision-making in the dynamic supply chain environment, making processes more efficient and user-friendly. Through natural language – both written and spoken – GaliLEA optimizes interaction with WMS systems. The modular, microservice-based multi-agent system relies on generative AI. At its core is the central orchestrator, the “Agent Space,” which coordinates various intelligent agents for automated technical support and AI-driven data access.
Warehouse managers and logistics staff can use GaliLEA to retrieve WMS information or tackle operational challenges. The assistant provides immediate solutions to technical issues, references previous tickets, and assists with pre-filled support requests when needed. Additionally, GaliLEA offers access to specific data, such as the status of shipping orders, and creates personalized dashboards for easy visualization.
Thanks to GaliLEA, PUMA has significantly improved the daily use of the LEA Reply WMS: Users work more autonomously, rely less on external support, and can manage processes more quickly through direct data access and supported ticket creation. They also receive real-time insights that enable informed decision-making. Furthermore, they benefit from redesigned logistics processes that simplify interaction with the system.
“We are excited about the collaboration with Reply as one of our global partners in the groundbreaking deployment of AI agents for warehouse systems. At PUMA, we always strive to be innovative and efficient. With GaliLEA, we are experiencing firsthand how AI accelerates our warehouse operations: from multilingual training to quick queries in natural language to the immediate creation of dashboards via text or voice command,” comments Thomas Liske, Vice President Logistics at PUMA.
Enrico Nebuloni, Executive Partner at Reply, adds: “Supply chains are entering a new era characterized by intelligence, adaptability, and autonomy. At the forefront is agent-based AI, a new generation of intelligent agents that can research information, draw conclusions, and act independently.”
Central Step in Digital Transformation
The partnership marks a central step in PUMA’s digital transformation. The aim is to increase agility, enhance efficiency, and empower users in the global logistics network. More information about PUMA’s logistics solution and the next-generation supply chain applications from Logistics Reply.
