Forto Presents the New AI Agent “Flash by Forto”

Forto has today introduced “Flash by Forto,” a next-generation AI agent that automates employee workflows and ensures faster, smarter, and more consistent transport processing. Flash by Forto supports Operations Managers in all phases of the shipment process.

(Berlin) From booking to invoicing, Flash by Forto automates routine decisions and communication, allowing employees to focus on more demanding tasks—while customers benefit from shorter response times, greater transparency, and consistently high service quality.

Unlike traditional rule-based automation solutions, Flash by Forto uses advanced large language models and its own dataset to draw conclusions, make decisions, and act in parallel with thousands of active shipments. The system interprets emails, extracts relevant data, suggests next steps, and creates accurate documentation—all in real-time.
