Four Parx realizes the “Four Parx Dreieich Airport”
Aug 29, 2024 at 4:20 PMPanattoni is not only a leading player in the real estate business but will also be involved in football: Since August 2024, Europe’s largest developer of industrial and logistics properties has been the official advertising partner of the Bundesliga football club Borussia Dortmund and part of the BVB Business Network. The contact has existed for some time: since 2018, Panattoni has supported the children’s and youth football school of former BVB professional and current BVB co-trainer Lukasz Piszczek in Goczałkowice-Zdrój, Poland.
(Hamburg/Dortmund) The official start date for the new advertising partnership between BVB and Panattoni could not be better chosen, as the new Bundesliga season begins on the same day with Lukasz Piszczek as the new assistant coach of the Dortmund team. The BVB Academy Łukasz Piszczek in Poland, supported by Panattoni, has already made a name for itself as one of the leading football academies in the region since its founding. It offers young talents excellent training and the opportunity to further develop their football skills under professional conditions, which Borussia Dortmund also benefits from in sporting terms. Thanks to the support of Europe’s leading developer of industrial and logistics properties, the academy has state-of-the-art training facilities and resources that are essential for developing the next generation of footballers. It is no coincidence that the sports facility is named the “Panattoni Arena.”
The new partnership is also lived out in the BVB Business Network. This is a platform where companies can regularly exchange ideas in a regional and international context. The partner network includes GLS, Melitta, Rheinmetall, Aral, Coca Cola, and Rewe, among others. Through the collaboration with Borussia Dortmund, Panattoni also strengthens its presence and visibility in the DACH region through high-reach rights such as advertising boards.
International Vision with Local Focus
Robert Dobrzycki, CEO & Co-Owner Panattoni Europe, UK, Middle East and India, is particularly pleased that the cooperation that began in Poland six years ago is now continuing in Dortmund: “We are proud to announce our partnership with Borussia Dortmund. It allows us to expand our presence beyond the world of industrial and logistics properties while making an important contribution to promoting sports. The traditional club, like us, pursues the premise of an international vision with a local focus.” Fred-Markus Bohne, Managing Partner Panattoni Germany and Austria, agrees: “Membership in the BVB Business Network offers us unique opportunities for networking and collaboration with other leading companies. Borussia Dortmund is a club with an impressive history and a strong fan base, and we are proud to now be part of this community.”
Carsten Cramer, Managing Director of Borussia Dortmund, adds: “We are pleased to welcome Panattoni as a partner of BVB and a member of the BVB Business Network. The support for both our club and the BVB-Łukasz-Piszczek Academy demonstrates a genuine commitment to football and youth development.”
