Roll-Safe Expands Presence with Two New Distribution Partners

RS-Systems GmbH has gained two new distribution partners: From now on, logistics service providers and trading companies can obtain “Roll-Safe,” the environmentally friendly transport security for roll containers, through Feil rolltainer GmbH from Rüthen in Westphalia and Wernsen Engineering BV from the Netherlands.

(Neufahrn) Roll-Safe is strengthening its market position in Europe through this collaboration – especially in the DACH region and the Benelux countries. The two distributors are expanding their product portfolio with the patented reusable solution. They will handle both the Roll-Safe implementation and all service activities, such as the installation of structural chamber plates on the roll container and the supply of spare parts. Roll-Safe makes wrapping roll containers with stretch film unnecessary. This reduces costs and avoids waste.

Reusable solutions like Roll-Safe are crucial for achieving climate goals because they save resources and prevent plastic waste. “With Feil and Wernsen, we have gained two excellent companies that meet the growing demand for environmentally friendly transport solutions,” says RS-Systems owner Martin Köllner.

Solutions for Intelligent Material Management

Feil distributes Roll-Safe for numerous standard load carriers and special solutions. The official distribution partner Feil offers solutions for intelligent material management, order picking, and logistics. The product portfolio includes roll containers in various shapes and sizes that optimize the flow of goods quickly and economically. Roll-Safe expands the offering of the Westphalian manufacturer of load carriers with a sustainable and flexible reusable solution. Feil customers can now purchase roll containers including transport security. However, retrofitting is still possible. Roll-Safe is available for numerous standard load carriers and special solutions, with or without intermediate floors, and also for mesh trolleys. “We can supply the structural chamber plates for Feil in three different sizes and cut them individually to fit the corresponding container,” says Köllner.

Customers in the Netherlands have access to the complete Roll-Safe offering. Through Wernsen Engineering B.V., RS-Systems is introducing Roll-Safe to the Dutch market. The owner-managed company near Arnhem develops and sells the electric Simply-Mover, which significantly facilitates the movement of roll containers. Additionally, Wernsen retrofits used and new transport trolleys to electric tugs, allowing goods to be moved with minimal effort. “There is an exciting market potential for Roll-Safe in the Netherlands. Wernsen and RS-Systems complement each other perfectly here,” explains Köllner.

The Complete Offering Available

As in Germany, customers in the neighboring country have access to the complete Roll-Safe offering. They can choose between the Roll-Safe fixed variant, which remains on the roll container, and Roll-Safe flexible. In this version, the plate can be completely removed. Wernsen also takes care of the complete after-sales management.
