The hall provides the supplier of microalgae extracts with ideal conditions in terms of transport connections as well as in terms of requirements for the sensitive products.
(Korbußen) East of Gera, in the industrial area Korbwiesen in Korbußen, Logivest has brokered a production and warehouse of approximately 2,000 square meters to Marigan Bio Extracts GmbH. The supplier of microalgae extracts for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries had to leave its previous location in the Upper Palatinate and was urgently looking for a suitable property.
The requirements for the property were not only a good connection but particularly an adequate ventilation system that enables the cultivation of microalgae. Originally planned as a production hall, the property in Korbußen has the desired system, a crane track, and three drive-in hall doors.
Logistics/Warehouse most successful logistics region
“The Leipzig/Halle logistics region was the most successful region in Germany last year in terms of new construction volume. The surrounding area also has a lot of potential and impresses, as in the case of this property, with an ideal connection via the A4 motorway,” says Dennis Grube, Consultant Industrial and Logistics Letting for the Thuringia region.
The occupancy of the logistics property is planned for August 2021. The landlord of the property is Heinrich KUPER GmbH.
