Jun 27, 2021 at 7:21 PMMatthias Magnor strengthens the board of BLG Logistics and will take over responsibility for the Contract business area on October 1, 2021. He comes from Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. Magnor succeeds Jens Wollesen, who is leaving the company at his own request.
(Bremen) The forty-six-year-old was most recently Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a member of the Executive Board at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics based in Osnabrück, where he was responsible for the areas of Road, Rail, and CEP. From 2014 to 2015, he served as Chief Executive Officer for LH Bundeswehr Bekleidungsgesellschaft in Cologne, providing supplies for the armed forces and civilian personnel of the Bundeswehr and Federal Police.
The native of Osnabrück has extensive expertise in supply chain management, logistics, services, and trade. Magnor is a graduate in business administration (University of Portsmouth) and holds an Executive MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of St. Gallen.
Further Developing the Contract Business Area
