Experienced leader takes charge
Furgala brings nearly three decades of experience in managing supply chain functions, industrial operations, and procurement in international companies. She has been active on the board of France Supply Chain for seven years and has been a member of the COMEX since 2023. Additionally, she has been leading the ISLI of KEDGE Business School since 2018, which is recognized as an international reference for education in the field of supply chain.
Furgala studied at MIAGE Bordeaux and ISLI (KEDGE Business School) and is certified by CPIM from APICS. Her professional career includes key positions at companies such as Lucent Technologies, Tekelec Europe, and Sonepar. These diverse experiences in industry, logistics, and higher education provide her with a comprehensive view of the challenges posed by transformation, competitiveness, sustainability, and skill development in the supply chain.

New treasurer and expanded board
In addition to Furgala’s appointment, Alexandre Horvath, Senior Vice President Operations at Cartier North America, has been elected as the new treasurer. Horvath’s international experience in managing operations and supply chain, along with his education at HEC Paris, is seen as valuable resources for the further development of France Supply Chain by Aslog.
With the new leadership structure, the organization continues its mission to connect supply chain stakeholders, promote best practices, develop skills, and support strategic considerations on topics such as competitiveness, digital transformation, innovation, and sustainability.
Diversity on the Board
As part of the elections and statutory renewals, France Supply Chain by Aslog has also welcomed new board members who represent the diversity of sectors and professions within the supply chain.
France Supply Chain by Aslog is a professional association that unites 450 companies of all sizes and industries in France and internationally, as well as large schools and training institutions. Its 6,000 members benefit from an extensive network of professionals, educators, and students to exchange ideas and experiences and find concrete solutions.
