This transaction represents the largest logistics sale of the year in Norway and encompasses a total of approximately 98,000 m² of logistics space, as reported by the Colliers Group, which acted as the seller’s advisor. The properties are located in Vestby and Moss. The sale reflects Urban Partners‘ strategy to develop modern logistics properties in attractive locations for reputable tenants, according to the statement. Jens Petter Hagen, head of Urban Partners Norway, expressed his satisfaction with the completion of the transaction and the significant interest that, according to the Colliers Group, was present during the sales process. Hagen emphasized that the portfolio is now in the possession of KLP Eiendom, a respected company with a long-standing track record in the real estate industry.
The portfolio
The portfolio includes several properties: Toveien 19 with 30,000 m², Toveien 21 with 27,600 m², and Stormåsan 42 with 17,800 m² in Vestby, as well as Vestre Vanemvei 51 with 22,300 m² in Moss. All properties are fully leased and, according to the Colliers Group, feature a diversified tenant base that includes companies such as Schibsted, NTEX, H&M, and Vinhuset. The properties have been developed by Urban Partners over the past four years and are characterized by technical and ecological standards. They have EPC ratings, BREEAM certifications, and are equipped with solar panels.
