This gathering took place ahead of Posidonia 2026, a global shipping exhibition currently being held in Athens. The event served both networking purposes and the strengthening of existing relationships within the industry, as the company stated.
Growth and commitment in Greece
The Cypriot Deputy Minister of Shipping, Marina Hadjimanolis, attended the event and emphasized the contribution of the Columbia Group to the maritime industry. Columbia Shipmanagement (CSM) Greece has established itself as a player in recent years following corporate divestments and plays a role in the global activities of the Columbia Group. The company supports a significant fleet and maintains long-standing relationships with Greek owners.
Gregory Spourdalakis, Managing Director of CSM Greece, opened the event and highlighted the importance of the local team. He also thanked the guests for their continued support. Andreas Hadjipetrou (pictured), CEO of the Columbia Group, spoke about the ongoing growth of the company in Greece. He emphasized the group’s commitment to transparency and the creation of long-term partnerships.
