MSC & MEDLOG receive FSM and GDP certifications
May 18, 2026 at 9:55 AMRöhlig SUUS Logistics is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its partnership with Beko this year. The collaboration, which began in 2006 in Poland, has continuously expanded over the years in terms of service offerings and geographical reach. Today, SUUS provides comprehensive solutions for the entire supply chain in the CEE markets, including warehousing, value-added services, customs clearance, as well as B2B and B2C distribution.
The beginnings of the cooperation were modest: SUUS initially took responsibility for the storage, customs clearance, and transportation of Beko products in Poland. Over the years, the service portfolio has steadily grown. Krzysztof Gąsiewski, Regional Director at Röhlig SUUS Logistics, explains: “In the last 20 years, we have been a strategic logistics partner for Beko and have supported its dynamic growth in Europe. Our joint journey is a remarkable growth story. We started with just 200 m² of warehouse space in Poland and now manage over 35,000 m² for Beko in our logistics centers, mainly in Poland, but also in the Czech Republic and Hungary – an increase of 175 times.”
Comprehensive logistics solutions for the household appliance industry
The collaboration includes warehousing and value-added services such as co-packing, labeling, and adding user manuals in SUUS’s logistics centers in Warsaw, Budapest, and Brno. The operator organizes FTL and LTL distribution to retail chains, local shops, and end customers in the CEE markets as well as in Romania and the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). In Poland, SUUS also offers delivery and installation services in the B2C sector. Additionally, the company provides comprehensive customs services, including customs clearance and temporary storage in its facilities. For selected shipments, sea freight solutions are also offered, for example from China, as well as port handling and road transport from factories in Turkey and Romania to the warehouses.
A complementary element of the offering is service logistics in the Polish market, which includes the pickup and exchange of defective devices. Furthermore, SUUS provides special storage areas for repairs in Warsaw and delivers spare parts directly to Beko’s service technicians.
Trust as the foundation of long-term cooperation
Michał Kępa, Manager Supply Chain Poland & Baltics at Beko, emphasizes: “We have grown together over the years. The toughest moments have strengthened our partnership. I remember times when we had to change everything at the last minute – SUUS never said it was impossible. Dealing with these challenges has built the trust we have today. We are more than just a customer and service provider – we have developed our business together. I hope the coming years will be just as dynamic and successful.”
The partnership is entering a new phase following the recent merger of Beko and Whirlpool Corporation. The companies plan to further expand their activities, starting with the Polish market, where the legal merger process has already been completed.
