Apr 30, 2026 at 9:20 AMHyperLeap celebrated its market launch in North America at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Silicon Valley. The company, which specializes in logistics robotics, presented its latest product line, including the modular robotic sorting solution „HyperSort“ and the „HyperWall Node Series.“ According to the manufacturer, these products aim to revolutionize warehouse automation.
Modularity and flexibility
The „HyperSort solution“ is characterized by a modular design that allows for the combination of various functional units such as picking robots, sorting robots, and put walls, according to HyperLeap. This enables warehouse operators to tailor their sorting systems to the needs of their operations without the need for extensive structural changes. The modular construction allows companies to start small and gradually increase capacity as order volumes rise.
Another aspect of the HyperSort solution is the plug-and-play assembly. According to HyperLeap, no complex technical knowledge is required, allowing for commissioning within one to two weeks. This is supported by the ability to flexibly add or remove loading stations, sorting robots, and robot-assisted put walls, enabling the system to adapt to seasonal fluctuations or changes in business operations.
