IRS launches digital platform “NEURON”
Jul 14, 2026 at 7:52 AMAIT Worldwide Logistics has hired Justin Kosslyn as Chief Digital and Technology Officer. In this newly created position, Kosslyn will report directly to President and COO Keith Tholan and lead the company’s global technology strategy. The goal is to further advance AIT’s existing digital transformation and implement the next generation of integrated digital, data-driven, AI-supported, and customer-centric systems.
Keith Tholan commented on Kosslyn’s hiring, emphasizing his extensive experience in the technology sector. „Justin brings a forward-looking perspective that can help AIT shape the next evolution of logistics,“ said Tholan. Kosslyn’s background in developing digital products and leading technical teams will complement AIT’s existing expertise in logistics, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and AI.
Kosslyn’s addition to the executive team is intended to strengthen AIT’s technological foundation and drive a comprehensive digital transformation. This transformation aims to unite a variety of shippers and partners worldwide. Tholan highlighted that AIT has established itself as a leader in the freight industry and sees ongoing digitization as an opportunity to assist customers in tackling complex challenges.
Kosslyn brings over 15 years of experience in leading high-performing technical teams. Most recently, he held senior positions at Google, where he led product management for the company’s news network and oversaw platforms such as Google Trends and Search Console. Previously, he spent a decade at Google Jigsaw, where he developed tools to enhance digital and information security.
Vaughn Moore, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AIT, stated that Kosslyn’s hiring reflects the company’s forward-looking strategy. „With his appointment to this new role, the company is positioned to further disrupt the industry and set a new standard for logistics technology,“ Moore said.
In his new role, Kosslyn will advance AIT’s technology enablement strategy, including the evolution of the global transportation management system and broader digital transformation efforts. He will also support the implementation of AI within the company to drive decision-making and provide value to customers. Kosslyn’s leadership is expected to help strengthen alignment across AIT’s technological landscape and equip employees with tools that enhance efficiency, connectivity, transparency, and customer service.
