The leadership change at the top of the MOSOLF Group has been completed. Patrick Oestreich took over as CEO on July 1, 2026. He has been a member of the board since February 1, 2026, and has prepared the transition together with Dr. Jörg Mosolf.
Long-term Succession Planning
With this change, the MOSOLF Group is implementing its long-planned succession process. The strategic direction of the company remains focused on sustainable growth, the further development of integrated automotive logistics solutions, and national and international expansion.
Patrick Oestreich brings more than 20 years of international experience in the logistics and transportation industry. Before joining the MOSOLF Group, he served as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and a member of the management board at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. Previously, he held positions at XPO Logistics and DB Schenker.

Strategic Focus Areas
The strategic focus areas of the MOSOLF Group include the further development of integrated logistics and service solutions for the automotive industry, international expansion, and the consistent use of digitalization and innovation to increase efficiency, transparency, and customer benefit.
Dr. Jörg Mosolf left the board on June 30, 2026, due to retirement. However, he will remain closely connected to the MOSOLF Group and will support the board as an advisor in the areas of corporate development and strategy. The Mosolf family will continue to accompany the company and actively shape the strategic development of the group.
