Jun 16, 2026 at 6:21 PMYMX Logistics has appointed Adam Buttgenbach as the new Vice President for Fleet Strategy & Loss Prevention. He brings over 20 years of experience in logistics, procurement, maintenance, and operational transformation. In his new role, he will be responsible for the strategic direction of the fleet and loss prevention.
Buttgenbach has held extensive leadership positions in large fleet and equipment organizations throughout his career. He has been responsible for more than 110,000 assets worldwide as well as for billion-dollar investment portfolios. His expertise includes fleet strategy, asset lifecycle management, procurement strategies, supplier partnerships, sustainability, electrification, alternative fuels, and technological innovations in connected vehicles.
Before joining YMX Logistics, Buttgenbach served as Global Procurement Director for Fleet Transformation at PepsiCo. There, he led initiatives to transform one of the largest commercial fleets in the world. Previously, he held leadership positions at Custom Truck One Source and Brink’s, where he drove fleet modernization, acquisition integrations, and operational improvements.
