The Toll Group has announced the appointment of Robert Reiter as Group Managing Director, effective July 1, 2026. Reiter will take on this position in addition to his current role as President of Global Forwarding. This decision aims to ensure continuity in corporate leadership and promote close networking within the group, as stated by the company.
Strategic responsibility and performance enhancement
In his new role, Reiter will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of the Toll Group. His tasks will include ensuring alignment between the various business units. According to the Toll Group, he will work closely with the board and the leadership team to enhance the company’s performance and improve competitiveness.
Robert Reiter has served as President of Global Forwarding at the Toll Group since August 2025. In this role, he has reportedly contributed to strengthening customer relationships, optimizing regional operations, and leading transformation initiatives across the company. His experience in the global forwarding industry includes leadership positions at companies such as Kühne & Nagel, Panalpina, DB Schenker, and DHL.
