UNICEF warns of global delivery delays
Jun 5, 2026 at 11:30 AMCargoAi has established a new connection to various AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini. This integration allows users to utilize CargoAi’s eBooking platform directly through the AI tools they already use in their daily lives. This creates a new approach to air freight processing.
Enhanced features for users
Through the connection to the CargoAi MCP, users can now access various functions. This includes the ability to search and compare rates, check flight options and departure times, and summarize all costs in an analysis. Additionally, users can create shipments and make bookings with over 105 airlines directly from the AI interface. Shipment tracking is also possible and covers more than 240 airlines. Furthermore, AI agents can be developed to automate operational workflows.
The development of these features is based on seven years of experience in the field of artificial intelligence and, according to the technology company based in Singapore, aims to „further expand the intelligence layer in the air freight ecosystem.“
For freight forwarders, airlines, General Sales Agents (GSAs), and logistics teams, this innovation means a reduction in system switching and more control over daily operations. The integration of AI technologies is also expected to enable smarter approaches to organizing air freight workflows.
