Jun 3, 2026 at 7:41 AMThe logistics real estate advisor Logivest has facilitated a long-term lease of approximately 13,000 square meters of hall and office space to Gabler Group AG in Lübeck. Founded in 1962 and based in Lübeck, Gabler Group specializes in the development and manufacturing of underwater technologies, primarily used in the defense sector. The relocation of the headquarters to the new premises in the L4HL construction project is taking place in the context of Gabler Group’s IPO in March, as reported by Logivest.
New construction project
The industrial property where the new spaces are being developed is located at Glashüttenweg 33-35 and has a total area of approximately 70,000 square meters. The IM4 Log Group acquired the property at the end of 2024. The new building replaces a former hall complex that could no longer be used. As part of the revitalization, a logistics and commercial facility with a total area of approximately 35,000 square meters of hall space will be constructed. The new halls feature a height of twelve meters under the beam (UKB) and a floor load capacity of five tons. Additionally, at least one loading dock is planned for every 1,000 square meters. The five units, ranging from approximately 4,700 to 9,600 square meters, meet the current technical standards as well as the requirements for environmental, social, and governance criteria (ESG), according to Logivest.
