The new logistics center will encompass a usable area of 135,600 m², of which 69,500 m² is built-up area. Additionally, 12,500 m² are designated for photovoltaic systems, which are expected to generate approximately 2.8 GWh of energy annually. The total gross floor area amounts to 144,000 m², while 44,000 m² are planned as green and retention areas.
Economic impulses for the region
With the construction of the logistics center, the REWE Group clearly commits to the region and plans to create new jobs.
