May 11, 2026 at 9:13 AMSG Holdings, the parent company of the Indian logistics provider EFL Global, has appointed Rooso Ramachandran as the new Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EFL Global. This decision is part of a comprehensive organizational realignment aimed at strengthening global integration and improving execution across various markets.
Ramachandran has a 24-year career at EFL, during which he has led various key areas such as commercial development, business strategy, operations, and administration. During his time at EFL, he has built significant relationships with strategic global customers while expanding the customer base in Denmark, Belgium, and the United Kingdom. In his previous role as CEO for India, he helped make the business profitable in India and maintained key global partnerships. He also played a crucial role in expanding EFL Global’s capabilities in high-growth areas such as pharmaceuticals, the automotive industry, and perishables.

Ramachandran brings a deep understanding of EFL Global’s operating model, corporate culture, and priorities. This is reflected in the various phases of growth he has experienced in different roles. His goal will be to stabilize performance and position the company for sustainable growth.
