May 7, 2026 at 10:08 AMTEN (Transportation Equipment Network), a US company specializing in leasing, financing, fleet solutions, and maintenance, has appointed Mark Domzalski as Senior Vice President of Growth and Customer Strategy. Domzalski brings over 30 years of experience in scaling business operations, building customer portfolios, and enhancing profitability in the trailer leasing and fleet service industry.
In his new role, Domzalski will drive the acquisition of new customers in the US and Canada, develop the TEN Cool and TEN Space business units into standalone companies, and ensure that customers experience TEN’s comprehensive service capabilities from the first contact to the last mile. Additionally, he will lead the development of the corporate sales strategy as the company continues to grow.
Domzalski previously held senior positions at PLM Trailer Leasing, XTRA Lease, and General Electric, most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at PLM.
Hooman Yazhari, CEO of TEN, commented on Domzalski’s appointment: „Mark has built his career at some of the most established names in trailer leasing, fostering customer relationships and scaling commercial operations from the ground up. We were looking for someone who understands the industry at a deep level, and Mark meets all the criteria. As we continue to invest in our offerings and market strategies, Mark will play a key role in accelerating our growth and delivering a strong customer experience.“
Domzalski joins the company at a time when TEN is expanding its leadership team and investing in commercial capabilities to match the size of its fleet and service network. His role combines customer acquisition, growth of key business areas, and customer experience under one leadership position.
„The opportunity to join TEN during this growth phase was a chance I couldn’t pass up,“ said Mark Domzalski. „The fleet size, service network, and leadership team that have come together here over the past year point to a company moving forward with real purpose. I look forward to building on this momentum.“
Since Yazhari’s appointment as CEO in November 2025, TEN has completed two significant corporate leasing agreements—a $50 million contract with USA Truck and a sale-leaseback transaction with Shabad Transport Inc. The company has also further expanded its service capabilities and market presence in the US and Canada, establishing itself as one of the largest full-service trailer rental companies in North America.
