Carola Wagner will be the new Vice President of Professional Services at Element Logic. With this appointment, the company strengthens its leadership structure and expands its expertise in warehouse automation. Wagner assumed her position on May 1, 2026, and operates from the office in Leinfelden-Echterdingen near Stuttgart.
In her new role, Wagner will lead the company’s Professional Services organization. Her goal is to further develop the necessary competencies to support customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their automation solutions. The importance of Professional Services is increasing in warehouse automation, as they play a central role in the implementation, integration, and optimization of advanced technologies.
Christian Rognes, Group Chief Product Officer at Element Logic, highlights Wagner’s qualifications: „Carola Wagner brings a unique combination of strategic understanding, technical expertise, and international leadership experience.“ Her appointment is intended to strengthen the company’s ability to offer high-quality services and drive international growth.
Wagner holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Graz in Austria, as well as an MBA from INSEAD. Prior to her transition to Element Logic, she worked at McKinsey & Company, where she led key business areas focused on artificial intelligence and supply chain services. Over the past ten years, she gained global leadership experience in Singapore, supporting companies in transformation and innovation initiatives.
