With „Manage Booking,“ freight forwarders can make routine changes directly through the platform. This includes updating sender or recipient information, adjusting flights and schedules, as well as changing shipment sizes. For more complex requests, Cathay Cargo specialists remain available to ensure that freight forwarders receive the necessary support for any situation.
