His entry into the leadership team aims to enhance the company’s expertise in the strategic and operational transformation of industrial enterprises. Petersen brings over 20 years of experience in industrial and management consulting, with a focus on the development and implementation of comprehensive transformation programs.
His expertise spans various areas, including improving performance and profitability as well as operational excellence initiatives across the entire value chain. He has also engaged with topics such as zero-carbon mobility strategies, supply chain optimizations, and technical due diligence projects.
Prior to his role at TMG Consultants, Petersen was a partner at Porsche Consulting, where he led projects in operational excellence, reorganization, and transformation. Additionally, he was a shareholder and senior partner at ConMoto Consulting and most recently a partner at Strategy Engineers.
