These decisions reflect the company’s commitment to professional development, operational excellence, and strengthening leadership capabilities to support its growing customer base.
New Leadership Structures in Data Analysis
Jackie Dusseau (left), CLFP, has been appointed Vice President of Data Analysis and Corporate Development and will now co-lead the Transaction Management Team alongside John Rickette, CTP, CLFP. In her new role, Dusseau will enhance organizational alignment and accountability as the company continues to grow.
Matthew Wiedmeyer, CTP, who has been part of the Asset Performance Team for over five years, has been promoted to Senior Director of Asset Performance and Maintenance. Over the past twelve months, he has taken on a leadership role in supporting the company’s maintenance partnerships, enabling Fleet Advantage to provide creative solutions for customers during active leasing phases and transitions post-lease.
Expanded Responsibilities in Asset Performance
Wesley Hall, CTP, who has been with Fleet Advantage for more than four years, has been promoted to Senior Director of Asset Performance and Off Lease. During his time, Hall has taken on a leadership role in supporting the company’s OffLease Reimagined solution and assisted several large national accounts.
Kirsten Babb (right), CTP, has worked closely with dealer partners, internal operations teams, and customers over the past three years to enhance Fleet Advantage’s solution offerings. Due to her progress in optimizing the pricing process and developing creative proposals, Babb has been promoted to Senior Manager of Asset Performance and Procurement.
Joseph Rugare has been promoted to Senior Fleet and Transaction Analyst after recently celebrating his four-year anniversary with the company. Rugare is a valued member of the Transaction Management Team and was part of the group recognized with the Monitor Converge Equipment Finance Team Award 2024.
