This decision is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its leadership structure and expand its position in the Eastern European market. Palec-Furga brings over 20 years of experience in the industry, which she has gained in various roles at airlines, General Sales and Service Agents (GSSAs), and airports in Poland.
Pawel Kazmierczak, CEO of 4RCargo, commented on the appointment, emphasizing that the company is entering its fifth year of operations and aims to leverage the progress made to further solidify its market position. „Since the founding of 4RCargo, we have prioritized local expertise, and this remains central to our business,“ said Kazmierczak. He added that Palec-Furga’s appointment reflects the company’s commitment to combining regional knowledge with operational excellence.
In her new role, Palec-Furga will support the management team in driving expansion into new markets while maintaining strong connections in Eastern Europe. „4RCargo continues to expand as a GSSA, and I look forward to playing a role in how the company grows in the coming years,“ said Palec-Furga.
Developments in the Eastern European air freight market are progressing rapidly, and 4RCargo sees itself well-positioned to operate with operational experience and a modern approach. The company recently announced the opening of its Baltic operations and updated titles within the management team, which is part of its growth strategy.
