Feb 27, 2026 at 2:18 PMFragilePAK from Henderson, Nevada, has announced significant changes in its leadership to align with future growth and improved strategic execution. Starting March 2, 2026, Jason Bergman will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). T.J. O’Connor, who has led the company for the past four years, will retire.
O’Connor joined the company in 2022, bringing extensive experience from the logistics industry. During his tenure, he was instrumental in building the operational foundations and organizational processes that prepared FragilePAK for long-term success.
Bergman brings over two decades of experience in the transportation industry, having held various leadership positions focused on strategic growth, sales, and customer expansion. His extensive experience in logistics and commercial strategy, most recently as CEO of Axis Global Logistics, is expected to help FragilePAK enter its next growth phase and expand its specialized delivery services. O’Connor will remain with the company as Executive Advisor until the end of March to ensure a smooth transition.
Expansion of Leadership Structure
In addition to this leadership change, Jay Baker, who has served as CFO, will be promoted to President and CFO. Baker has been with FragilePAK for nearly five years and has played a key role in value creation, long-term planning, and interdepartmental collaboration.
Joel Ritch, Executive Chairman of FragilePAK, expressed positive sentiments about the changes: “We are grateful to T.J. for his leadership and the strong foundation he has built over the past four years. His operational insights and commitment to the company have been crucial. At the same time, we are very excited to welcome Jason as CEO. His expertise in logistics and commercial areas will help accelerate FragilePAK’s growth in new markets and customer segments.”
O’Connor emphasized that it has been an honor to lead FragilePAK during a phase of transformation and growth. He expressed pride in the team’s achievements and is confident that the company is well-positioned under Bergman’s leadership to meet future challenges.
