Feb 10, 2026 at 3:09 PMDX has strengthened its leadership team to support the next stage of growth. The British company, which offers logistics solutions in the areas of parcel, freight, document, fulfillment, and final delivery, announced three new appointments to its Executive Leadership Team today. These measures are part of a broader program to enhance and consolidate leadership strength within the company and follow the appointment of Ian Truesdale as CEO in July 2025.
The new leaders are intended to support DX’s focus on operational processes, service quality, and long-term value creation, building on the existing experience within the organization. Paul Ingram has been appointed Managing Director of DX Freight. Ingram has been with the company for over six years and previously served as Operations Director and National Hubs Director. His appointment reflects the quality and strength of the existing management and demonstrates DX’s commitment to developing talent from within.
Martin Illidge has been appointed to the newly created position of Director of Operational Development. Illidge has been with DX since 2011 and brings over 30 years of industry experience. In his new role, he will focus on improving operational processes in the areas of service delivery, productivity, and performance.
Mark O’Sullivan has taken on the role of Managing Director of DX Express and is responsible for secure, time-critical courier and mail services. O’Sullivan brings extensive experience from the parcel sector, having previously held senior positions at DPD and Yodel.
These appointments come in the context of recent company activities. In early January 2026, DX acquired HBC Logistics and established a strategic partnership with Rhenus Logistics in mid-January. The acquisition of HBC Logistics has expanded DX’s logistics and same-day capabilities, while the partnership with Rhenus has transferred responsibility for two-person home delivery services in the UK and Ireland to DX.
