According to this, the turnover amounted to 309,300 square meters, representing a growth of 36 percent compared to the previous year.
Owner-occupiers shape the market
Particularly noteworthy is the high proportion of owner-occupiers, who accounted for 32 percent of market activity. An increase was also recorded in the sector of big-box logistics properties, which have a minimum size of 10,000 square meters. These properties made up 35 percent of the total space turnover.
