Jan 28, 2026 at 1:50 PMRavi Tulsyan has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Odyssey Logistics. He brings over two decades of experience in financial leadership, gained across various companies in the logistics and industrial sectors. Most recently, he served as CFO at XPO, Inc., where he led the global finance and legal departments.
Tulsyan has extensive knowledge in accounting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, as well as procurement. During his time at XPO, he played a crucial role in several value creation initiatives, including the successful spin-offs of GXO Logistics and RXO, as well as the sale of XPO’s intermodal business. Previously, he held senior financial positions at The ADT Corporation and Tyco International, where he was involved in significant capital market transactions and corporate transformations. He began his career at PepsiCo and Xerox Corporation.
Expectations for the New Role
Hans Stig Moller, CEO of Odyssey Logistics, commented on Tulsyan’s appointment: “Ravi brings the financial leadership we need during this growth phase. He has successfully led spin-offs, acquisitions, and major transformations, which will be invaluable for Odyssey as we continue to grow.”

I look forward to working with the leadership team to strengthen financial discipline, accelerate profitable growth, and develop a scalable platform that maximizes long-term enterprise value.”
Tulsyan succeeds Mike Pozzi, who served at Odyssey for nearly 12 years and led the finance organization through transformations, establishing a solid foundation for the future. Moller acknowledged Pozzi’s contributions: “Mike has made positive contributions to our company during a period of significant growth, and we wish him continued success.”
