Jan 28, 2026 at 9:08 AMP3 Logistic Parks has appointed Simon Carter as the new Chief Executive Officer. He will succeed Frank Pörschke, who will continue to serve as CEO until Carter’s arrival in the next twelve months. During this transition period, both will work closely together to ensure business continuity and operational stability.
Simon Carter brings extensive experience in real estate and strategic corporate management. Most recently, he was CEO of British Land, where he was appointed to this position in November 2020 after previously serving as CFO. Prior to that, Carter was Chief Financial Officer at Logicor, a logistics real estate operator in Europe.
Expectations for the New Leadership
Tay Lim Hock, Chairman of P3, commented on Carter’s appointment: “The board is pleased to name Simon Carter as the next CEO of P3. Simon has an exemplary track record in strategic leadership and brings extensive expertise in the real estate sector. We are confident that Simon will lead P3 to new heights and create sustainable growth and value for our stakeholders.” Hock also thanked Frank Pörschke for his commitment over the past five years, during which he guided the company through growth phases and market fluctuations.

Frank Pörschke, the current CEO of P3, stated: “It has been a privilege to lead P3 through a phase of sustained growth while navigating a challenging and rapidly changing market environment. I am proud of what we have achieved as a team and remain fully committed to supporting a smooth transition and the continued success of the company.” Pörschke thanked GIC for their trust and long-term support during his tenure.
