Steering axle solution for urban traffic

SAF-HOLLAND has introduced the „SAF Smart Steering Control,“ a new steering axle solution specifically designed for urban delivery traffic. This steering axle is intended to enhance the maneuverability of trailers in densely populated areas, as the company reports. The combination of the „SAF INTRA“ axle and the single-circuit auxiliary steering from VSE is said to enable improved maneuverability, both when driving forward and in reverse.

Integration into Existing Fleets

The „SAF Smart Steering Control“ is offered as a pre-assembled unit, which is intended to facilitate integration into existing vehicle fleets.
