Clark Europe has signed a cooperation agreement with the Hungarian company Pagát Gold, which will come into effect on January 1, 2026. Pagát Gold will thus become the exclusive distribution partner for Clark forklifts and services in Hungary. This partnership aims to expand Clark’s distribution network in Europe and improve the availability of forklifts.
Stefan Budweit, President & CEO of Clark Europe GmbH, expressed positive sentiments about the collaboration: “We are very proud to have found an experienced and high-performing specialist in Pagát Gold for our customers in Hungary. With this partnership, we aim to offer our customers in Hungary an even more comprehensive range of services and first-class support.” The contract signing took place at the European headquarters in Duisburg.
Pagát Gold Zrt., founded in 1991 and headquartered in Budapest, is an established company in the field of material transport and vehicle maintenance. Under the leadership of Bence Bacsi, the company offers brand-independent maintenance services as well as the trade of new and used forklifts, tractors, and lifting platforms. Additionally, the portfolio includes vehicle rental and the sale of spare parts. Of the 50 employees, 30 work in the service sector, highlighting the company’s service competence.
Extensive Product Range and Services
With the new partnership, Pagát Gold will distribute the entire product range of Clark, including forklifts and warehouse technology vehicles. The company will also ensure complete spare parts and accessory supply. A comprehensive service offering, which includes rental, financing, and extensive service for new and used Clark vehicles, complements the offering. Clark Europe will support Pagát Gold through regular training and comprehensive assistance to ensure that all necessary information and resources are available.
