Two New Executive Board Members at Kühne+Nagel

The Board of Directors of Kühne+Nagel International AG appoints two new members to the Executive Board. Eduardo Razuck will take over the management of the Contract Logistics division from Gianfranco Sgro on October 1, 2025. Additionally, Søren Schmidt will succeed Dr. Hansjörg Rodi and will be responsible for the Land Transport division starting May 1, 2026.

(Schindellegi) With Søren Schmidt (Danish citizen, born in 1972), Kühne+Nagel gains a recognized expert for the management of global land transport activities. After three decades of successful work at DSV A/S, including about ten years as CEO of the Land Transport division, Schmidt is one of the most prominent leaders in this field worldwide. Dr. Hansjörg Rodi has decided to retire in the summer of 2026 as part of his personal planning.

Eduardo Razuck (Italian and Brazilian citizen, born in 1979) has many years of international leadership experience. He has been with Kühne+Nagel in various executive positions since 2003. In the past three years, he was responsible for the contract logistics business in North and South America and was a member of the global leadership team of Contract Logistics. This will ensure continuity in the management of the division. Previously, Eduardo Razuck led the Brazilian subsidiary from 2015 to 2022. Gianfranco Sgro has decided to take on a new professional challenge as CEO of a company in the mobility sector after more than a decade at Kühne+Nagel.
